We can visit your company or do remote training. Unlike other providers our aim is to make you confident and comfortable about facing the media, not scared and worried.
We will demystify the experience and do practical, filmed training, to help you learn.
Our full day group courses comprise of the following areas: How the media works, what they want, how to perfect soundbites, how to come across well and how not to get caught out.
We use a mix of real-life examples, videos and promise to do at least two mock interviews to offer practical feedback.

We have delivered our popular course to universities, big businesses, charities and the not-for-profit sector.
This training gives a group of up to six a practical insight into the media and how best to deal with interviews.

Perfecting soundbites
What is a soundbite? Video examples of the perfect soundbite. Giving the right answer first time.
How to perfect a remote interview – how to position your Zoom camera, what background to have, which angle is the most flattering.

Company or individual public speaking training
Bespoke training on public speaking, presentation and media interviews. Whatever you need to do in your business, we will make you better at it.
These individual two-hour sessions can be done in person or remotely. We get you to do a presentation and film it, then discuss in detail how you can improve your performance.
We look at preparation, breathing, projecting your voice, using the right pace and language, how to perfect a powerpoint and more.
In short, we identify your areas of weakness and turn them into a strength.
In just a few hours we can turn the most nervous public speaker into a confident performer.
